Hailey grew up around professional cleaning. Her mother and grandmother both cleaned professionally, and her mother still owns a cleaning company in upstate New York. That environment shaped her standards and taught her what real, consistent service looks like.

Hailey lives with her fiance, Gavin, plus her dog Lyla and three cats, Millie, Maggie, and Milo, so she understands real homes and real routines.
